Questions
Will the AI make things up?
No. It is instructed never to invent employers, dates, qualifications, skills or numbers. When a bullet would be stronger with a figure you didn't give, it leaves a highlighted placeholder like [X]% for you to fill in. Always read your CV before you send it.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, Word (.docx) and plain text, up to 5 MB. Older .doc files: open them in Word and “Save as .docx” first. Scanned PDFs work too, though text-based ones work best.
What is the ATS score?
An AI estimate (0–100) of how well your CV would work with applicant tracking systems and a recruiter skimming it: clear structure, achievement-led bullets, measurable impact, relevant keywords and readable formatting. It's a guide, not a guarantee.
Is my CV private?
Yes. Your CV is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) only to produce your result and isn't used to train AI models. Original uploads are deleted within 24 hours; guest CVs are deleted after 24 hours; you can delete saved CVs or your whole account any time.
Do I need an account?
No. You can improve one CV a day as a guest and download it as a PDF. A free account adds job-ad tailoring, more improvements, a second template and saved history.
Can I cancel Pro?
Any time, in two clicks from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
